Collab w/ custs, 3rd party institutions & other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies & errors; review & process vendor invoices, auditing & investigating pot errors, processing invoices in syst for payment in timely manner, & generate & anlyz reports; Process cust billing accurately; Review & correct as needed current & past freight accruals; Interact directly w/ trucking & packaging contractors to resolve billing issues to assure timely cash app on vendor side & manage arrears acctg; Manage freight payment exceptions.
