What Will You Do?
The Product Manager's primary responsibility is to represent the voice of the product line for all Company products. The Product Manager is accountable for leading the strategic development, management and growth of the business, supporting sales and financial goals. The Product Manager oversees product related projects from conception through execution and will drive business results through cross functional coordination with the marketing director, downstream marketing team, inside and field-based sales team, office staff and senior management.

- The Product Manager will be responsible for the full line of digital and medical / surgical product lines. In addition, the successful candidate will be the customer facing subject matter expert on digital products.
- Downstream Marketing Leadership
- Define, develop and introduce promotional materials that support the LINET value proposition
- General Sales Support as the "product expert"
- Sales Training on products in the LINET portfolio
- Market & Clinical Research
- Cross Functional Team Leadership
- Financial Results
- Responsible for budgeting and key activities that support product line growth

What Education, Experience and Skills Will You Bring to LINET?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing-related field of study, MBA preferred.
- IT / Digital / Software experience required
- 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in marketing in the healthcare field/medical equipment preferred.
- Understanding of the capital sales experience with strong understanding of the selling process.
- Understanding of clinical environment, clinical training preferred.
- Proven track record successfully implementing major product launches and managing ongoing marketing programs.
- High integrity and strength of character.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust quickly based on emergent needs from the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively deal with a variety of strong personalities within the workplace.
- Passionate, high energy, fast-paced with a highly competitive nature and strong orientation towards results and personal achievement.
