Family Law Attorney
Pacific Northwest Family Law seeks attorneys and interns for our Tri-Cities and Walla Walla Washington offices.
We focus our practice on family law. Our attorneys handle adoption, divorce, legal separation, parenting plans, child support, minor guardianships, and related matters. Our office is highly collaborative, and we seek a team-oriented approach to helping families.
We pay all attorneys as though they were partners. They share in the fees that come into the firm. Expected pay is between $68,750 and $140,000 depending on experience and the amount of hours the attorney desires. This allows our attorneys the ultimate in flexible schedules and control over their own work-life balance.
Our firm has a formal training program for attorneys fresh from law school or just new to the practice of family law. It self-adjusts if you are bringing experience from other areas of law and you will have another attorney to discuss strategy and approaches to help our clients be successful in court. The result of this program is to get attorneys into the court room and working with clients equipped to handle family law quickly and without a steep learning curve.
As an attorney at Pacific Northwest Family Law, you will have the opportunity to learn from in house CLEs as well as present your own CLEs to the other attorneys in the firm. We are also building a firm library and expanding resources to ensure you have a solid knowledge base at your fingertips.

The Tri-Cities is a fast-growing part of Eastern Washington. Home to the Hanford nuclear site and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, it boasts a high number of engineers and PhDs. It is also home to large parks along the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima rivers. For those who enjoy the outdoors, fishing, and water sport it is the perfect match.
Walla Walla is wine country. Home to three institutes of higher education, it combines rural life with a university town. Downtown also has some of the best restaurants in the region. On top of that, the Blue Mountains, with mountain streams, pine forests, hunting, skiing, and other winter sports are less than an hour's drive away.
